Hi there,

Recently my iPod is corrupted all of a sudden. Therefore, when I try to restore it I ended up with an odd error message. I tried it several times but the error remains persists. Help, which provided by iPod, is not solving my problem. How do I restore the firmware in my iPod? Hunting for solution, please help me. Your help is great. Thanks.

The iPod “BNB” could not restored because the firmware file could not be found

iTunes is the only way to access the system of iPod, iPhone and other Apple devices. Windows is the most problematic OS along all its software. This problem is also occurring because of some trouble inside the system of iTunes installed on your PC. Here’s how you’ll fix that:

  1. Open Windows Explorer.
  2. Go to “%appdata%Apple ComputeriTunes”.
  3. There, you’ll notice a folder called iPod Software Updates. Either rename or delete it.
  4. Run the updating process of your iPod. This should run normally it does always.

Don’t forget to exit all Apple software before doing this.
