Firefox synchronization error – fails to initialize Firefox services

Hello,

I have a problem with Firefox synchronization. It was working fine until a few weeks ago but now it shows me the failed error message. The synchronization works perfectly with Chrome but with Firefox, it displays the following error message. Help me to fix this issue.

Hi Clay,

The issue that you got is still a hot topic with XMARKS, and they are still working on a permanent fix.

For now there’s some workaround that you can do to get rid of the problem.

1. Make sure that you are not running any SYNC add-ons (e.g. Firefox Sync, Chrome Sync etc)
2. Make sure that you have the latest XMARK version installed.

A. Check here to download the latest version.

1. Run a manual repair for your XMARK.

A. XMARK icon > Settings > Advanced Tab > Repair

B. Then retry to Sync.

If the issue still continues to happen I would suggest that you report this to XMARK support.
