The problem is an error related to Java. Upon downloading the Javasign.dll, go to the folder which is the location of files that are been downloaded. You will find the WindowsSystem32(C:Windowssystem32), under this you will Copy and Paste the folder. And using the Command Prompt, register the javacypt.dll.

After this, you will open the from the ''start menu'' the command prompt, followed by ''All Programs'',''Accessories'' and then you will click the Command Prompt. Then, the command line is regsvr32 C:WindowsSystem32Javacypt.dll, which you will be going to type it their.

And you can re-install your Visual Basic 6. This error may occur not only during installing process. Sometimes theres no hard upon installing this program, the problem appears if the computer have been reprogrammed. It may hard to re-install it again, since this is a powerful programming tool.
