You can transfer a FoxPro or Visual FoxPro file to Excel Spreadsheet by using “Copy to” control or the export wizard to turn each table into an Excel spreadsheet but with limitations. Microsoft Excel can open few older format .DBFs. Therefore, depending on how old your data was, you can be able to

Excel can open some older format DBFs, so depending how old your data is, you may be able to do it by just opening it from MS Excel and indicate "dBase files."  FoxPro tables can also be exported or transferred in CSV format on which a Excel Spreadsheet can be able to read. Nevertheless, please ensure that you have working FoxPro for that thing.

Tip:

You can use to open the data and export or transfer it if you have VFP ODBC driver.
