Try this.

1.Go to C:Documents and SettingsUser ProfileLocal SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftOutlook from the computer you want to copy from.

2.Find the outlook.pst  file then copy it somewhere like in a usb flashdrive

3.install outlook in your other machine

4.Now follow the same path (C:Documents and SettingsUser ProfileLocal SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftOutlook)and copy the .pst file

5.Now open outlook and all your mails will have been copied.

good luck

Let me provide you an option on this.
1. Make sure you know the exact configuration of your outlook (Port, POP3, SMTP).
2. Manually configure the other computer.
3. Then copy the folder containing your (.PST) files.
4. Paste the (. PST) files into the newly configure computer.
5. Here’s the path where you can copy and paste the (.PST) files
6. C:Users AppDataLocalMicrosoftOutlook” under Windows 7 or Vista
7. C:Documents and Settings Local SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftOutlook under Windows XP.

Just incase, it didn't work, just Open Outlook Settings. Start, All programs, Outlook. Tools, Accounts and Export.
