Hello expert, How to exporting data from symantec act in MS excel. I am already customize the columns on the list views. After customized I don’t have idea to complete. Please send some helping tutorial explanations.

Export excel data from Symantec act

Hello,

Compiling you a short explanation that would help assist you with exporting excel data from Symantec ACT. You can also find Youtube videos that show exporting data from Act to Excel for 2012 YouTube Video and 2013 Youtube Video.

You need to have a supported version of the ACT in order to export data directly.

Export excel data from Symantec act

Hi Chester,

     Since you’re done customizing the columns which is the first step, you can follow this simple step:

• For one contact: Right click the record and then choose Look up or you can create a Lookup menu.
• For one group or company: You have to perform lookup, so that it can only have the company name displayed before you click on the export button.
