Hi Chester,

     Since you’re done customizing the columns which is the first step, you can follow this simple step:

  • For one contact: Right click the record and then choose Look up or you can create a Lookup menu.
  • For one group or company: You have to perform lookup, so that it can only have the company name displayed before you click on the export button.
