Exception of Unhandled Error Occurred

I really love playing poker. If given a chance to play the game as a living I would do it but as of the moment I can only play it online or using my PC. What I did was I downloaded this Leak Buster and installed it for free. As I was exploring the software it produces an error that says: “Sorry for the inconvenience, but LeakBuster has encountered an unhandled error.” Is this really a reliable software? What is this error? I have pasted the error below for other people to help me with this matter. Thanks.

Exception of Unhandled Error Occurred

Hi Robert,

                Seems that there was an unexpected error and a system file issue. Check if you can open the program from another user profile and if it can be opened on safe mode. If it fails, you can try to repair the software and see if it can rebuild the lost files. Basing from the details of the error message it is an input string was not in a correct format reinstalling the software will be the last step.
