Hi all.
I am facing a problem during opening a zip file. I got a message that states:
"Windows cannot open the folder. The compressed (zipped) is invalid.
I also found the message "error WZ54", file transfer error, and zip file is damaged.
How can I retrieve my data from this zip file? Need your help. Thank in advance.

Try reacquiring the zip file. If you downloaded it from the internet, try re-downloading it and then try opening it. You can use a software like WinRAR to repair damaged rar/zipped files. You can download WinRAR from the internet. Use it to select the zip file but before you open it, there is a repair tab just on the top left corner. Here is a screen shot:
I cannot guarantee you that the file will work after repair because chances are that it might not have been compressed properly.
The repair utility should also sort out the issue with file transfer or damaged zip file. If this doesn’t help then it is possible that the file itself is damaged and you need to reacquire it.
