Error while setting up BitDefender

Hi, After installing Bitdefender successfully, I tried to set it up but then I got this error message.

It seemed the installation wasn’t successful, so I tried reinstalling but then again I got the same error message.

Any advice on how to fix the problem?

Please help ASAP since my PC’s not protected. See the error message below:

Error while setting up BitDefender

From what I can understand from the error prompt, setup detects this as a corrupted installer. If your installer comes from the web, try downloading again BitDefender installer. Make sure that the BitDefender installer has the correct file size (Double Check it on the installer properties, then the file size, it should match from the information from where you downloaded the BitDefender installer). Make sure that you are using an Administrator profile when installing BitDefender, just to be sure. If you are installing from a CD, test the installer from another CD if it is working. If not, you could ask your shop retailer from where you bought it a replacement. Hope this helps

Error while setting up BitDefender

It means that the installer is corrupted and you may need to download the same software once again. Go to the official download page where you download the BitDefender installer and then download it again. Now try installing it once again process and see if it will finish the setup.

For other internet security software, you can download and try the following software:

1. AVG Internet Security

2. ESET Nod32 Internet Security

3. Trend Micro

4. Kaspersky

5. Avast Internet Security

These are just suggestions of the software that you might want to try and review. You may stick to the one that you want to install.
