Error while running Ubuntu on my computer

Hi there Clay K James,

Looks like something's messed up in your Ubuntu. The error says it's missing some details in the installation manager files.

You can try repairing it using the live CD. Insert the CD, restart the computer and choose rebuild option. That should solve your problems in no time.

If you'd like to try to manually fix the problem, try following:

Open the terminal, write the following line and press enter:
sudo gedit /etc/apt/apt.conf

A text editor will open with a quite large file. Scroll till the end of the document and add the following at the end:
APT::Cache-Limit 32582912;

Save the file and restart your computer in order to make things working.

Best regards,
Drake Vivian
