Error when creating a report on ISW

Hello,

I have the Intuit Statement Writer (ISW) but when I create a statement or a report there is an error. This software has helped me a lot in my accounting profession so I need to resolve this issue soon. Please give me solution

Fatal Error: Duplicate account names have been encountered. In QuickBooks, please edit your Accounting Preferences to remove the check mark from “Show lowest subaccount only” while using Intuit Statement Writer. It is recommended that you close this statement without saving and start again after removing the check mark.
