Blackberry Phone Error: Error Starting an Application

Hi there!

Yet another Blackberry problem. I keep on receiving this error when running an app. Sorry, but I am not an expert on software and applications nor am I familiar with any of it. So I am seeking for someone who could help me solve this one. I have tried all the basic solutions that I know, like rebooting my BB, pulling out the battery and other stuff. But I still get the same old error.

I’ve searched the internet too about this, but no one have responded to those threads the last time I checked. Hope someone will soon.

Hi,

I am not a BB user but have faced such errors on my Nokia. These errors usually occur due to incompatible application for the handset, insufficient RAM of the cell or corrupted download. There is no solution to these errors and "rebooting my BB, pulling out the battery and other stuffs" won't help even a bit in these matters.

You can surely try updating or re-downloading this app. These errors can't be solved but can surely be prevented by few steps such as:

  • By downloading apps and games only from a trusted provider or the official site of your handset company.
  • Not using fake apps as they cause many such errors.
