Error shows while tried to sync my Nokia phone with PC

Hello,

Today I tried to sync my Nokia phone with my PC and suddenly this error appeared on my desktop. I am afraid now to connect my phone to my PC because I think I can get some of these errors in my phone and I want to avoid this problem. Please help with this error and tell me if is possible that I have errors in my phone?

Error shows while tried to sync my Nokia phone with PC

If your Nokia Smartphone is running on Windows Phone 8, it would be better to use the Windows Phone app to connect your phone to your computer and download updates for your handset and install applications as well. To download the PC application, visit Windows Phone app for Desktop. To use it, your computer should be running on either Windows 7 or Windows 8 and your Smartphone should be running on Windows Phone 8 operating system.

If you are not using a Nokia handset with Windows Phone operating system, try using Nokia PC Suite 7.1. It supports Windows XP [Professional or Home] Service Pack 2 and up x86 only, Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 x64 only, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 both x86 and x64. To check the application for supported devices, visit Nokia PC Suite Compatible Devices.

In case you are using a Nokia Lumia phone, use the Zune PC Application instead for your app installation and handset software updates. The Zune software supports Windows XP Service Pack 3 and higher.
