Hi,

Please let me know something:

Is your virus definition is up to date?
If not, then please update it.
Now, you have to check your event viewer. You can find this in settings. This is very important to troubleshoot programs in online.

1. Click on Start button, go to Control Panel, then go to System and Maintenance

2. Now go to Administrative Tools

3. Go to Event Viewer.

 If you have the system administrative password, then you may put it

4. Go for the event log option   

5. Copy the detailed problem and paste in the following link
