Error Launching BCM for Microsoft Outlook

Good day everyone! Whenever I try to click anything on Business Contact Manager for Outlook, a dialog box containing the following error message always pops up: "Business Contact Manager for outlook could not complete your last action or actions. Please try again."

Although this error message does not cause any problems, it continues to pop up even after I select 'OK'. 

Please help me solve this problem so that I won't have to encounter this error again.

You may come out from this annoying problem if you try some methods. As for example I can tell that there might have a problem in creating mail merge in Microsoft Office Publisher or Microsoft Office Word. So check it. Secondly, I can say  you may try uninstalling it and try again.You should also check if update installed Security Update for Outlook (KB2293428) and if you find that ,please remove it.

You should check if  Business Contact Manager file s are not disabled on Outlook. If you find please  enable it. Finally go to run and type regedit, go to software under HKEY_CURRENT_USER, right click on "Microsoft",export some file as backup. When backup is completed please delete "BusinessSolutions eCRM" and  "Office" files from software folder. All the best. I think you will succeed.
