Error with installation wizard while using Unisphere Service Manager

Hello Carl,

The error is most likely to be as a result of a problem with the Unisphere Service Manager that you are trying to install. It could be that:

  • The installer is corrupt. In that you will just need to get another Unisphere Service Manager installer and use. If download it, make sure that the site you are downloading it from is a trusted site.
  • You can as well try running a registry cleaning application on your system just in case there are broken registry entries on your computer associated with the file. The application I will recommend is CCleaner and you can find it for free online.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Carl
