Error Help file not found

Hello,

When I right-click on the Range Node and ask for help, I get the following window along with error message which I can’t understand properly. I am just looking for an expert’s suggestion. I did try downloading the "missing" file from the Web and putting it where LabVIEW said it wasn't, but that didn't do anything. Please help me to fix this error. Thanks in advance.

Error Help file not found

Hi Tony,

I think you are getting this error because your codes are unable to find the help file under the current environment of Windows and Office. I would suggest you try the range node in a system that has Windows XP. If you are able to access in such a computer, you can then try to make changes in order to update you codes for it to work on current version of Windows. Also, if you are looking for VBA help documentation, it is available as a complete document on the MSDN website.
