Hello,

Why am I receiving a 'Failed to generate' error when attempting to create a document from DesignXpert? I am not familiar with this problem so need your assistance immediately. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

This error occurs when you are using a Microsoft version that is not compatible or updated. Usually this happens to a Microsoft 2010 that has 32 bit. When you are configuring a word or excel document using DesignXpert, you should do the following: Go to file then options. Then go to trust center and trust center settings. Go to macro setting and enable all macros. Then go to protected view and uncheck all boxes. Finally go to active x settings and enable all controls.
