Error encountered with the MAC machine

I was working with Microsoft Word for MAC when I encountered an error. A message showed up stating; 

An error occurred while trying to load the Microsoft Framework Library.

It always shows up whenever Microsoft word is started. I remove the Microsoft office and install it again, even the computer I restarted it again. Still the error appears. Please help me.

Having an error message like ''An unexpected error occurred while trying to load the Microsoft Framework Library'' means that the software needs to be updated. You can download updates from the site; www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads. After then, on the left side under products click on ''office 2004''. Below ''Available Downloads'' install all available update. Restart your computer after the update.

Error encountered with the MAC machine

Dear,

It is very simple. This problem occurred due to the folder 'Microsoft User Data' in the 'My Documents' folder. Please open 'My Documents' and click on the folder 'Microsoft User Data'. Change the name of the folder. For example you can name it on the initials of 'Microsoft User Data' i.e.., 'MUD'. Now restart your system and open the MS Word. Your problem is solved.

Hi, Mark

You don’t have to worry; I can help you fix the issue with Microsoft Word on your Mac computer. You are receiving the error message due to any of the following:

1.       Word preferences are corrupted.

2.       The user account profile is corrupted.

3.       Applications running in the background are conflicting with Word for Mac.

To fix the issue, I suggest you to perform the following:

·         I suggest you to create a System Restore Points before you perform any troubleshooting step. This will help you to recover your computer to a previous setting.

·         Quit all the running programs.

·         On the Go menu, please click Home > Library. If you are using OS X 10.7 or above version, click Go and hold down the OPTION key. Then choose Library.

·         Open the Preferences folder and drag com.microsoft.Word.Plist to your desktop.

·         Now, open your Microsoft folder in Preferences and drag com.microsoft.word.prefs.plist to the desktop.

·         If you have service pack 2 installed, open Application Support > Microsoft instead of Preferences > Microsoft.

·         Now, start Microsoft Word. The error message will not pop up again.

Just in case your issue does not get fixed, I suggest you to contact the Microsoft support.

Hi there,

 

This is a very rudimentary problem and can be dealt with quickly and smoothly. The first thing you should do is 

*Restart the computer

Then download and install the office for mac updates from here

https://products.office.com/en-us/buy/office

after the updates are installed, restart the computer and start Word for mac and perform your daily routine tasks.
