Error creating new document with Turbo Law

Hi,

I am using Windows XP and Turbo Law displayed an error message when I was creating a new document. The source is Microsoft Word. Can you tell me the cause of this error and best possible solution to resolve this problem?

Error creating new document with Turbo Law

Hi Sharon W Leary,

You are having a bad file name in creating a document with turbo law. To create a good one, make sure that it is no numeric numbers, no space and has proper capitalization format. Please be also aware of the drivers that you have that might be intercepting the software's capability to call the create function.
