When using anysee, make sure your operating system is fully supported. For the supported operating systems, it supports Windows XP Service Pack 2, Windows XP Media Center 2005, Windows Vista [Home, Ultimate, or TV Pack], and Windows 7 [Home or Ultimate]. It also requires SDTV or MPEG-2 HDTV so you can access free TV channels.

For HDTV, it must be capable of receiving MPEG-4, H.264, and or MPEG-2 TV channel. The video card must also be capable of rendering H.264 hardware acceleration. So to better asses your problem, you need to check if your operating system and the devices attached to your computer are fully supported. See image.

If you wish to download the installer again, visit Digital Terrestrial DVB-T/T2&C Series. It features Time Shift which can be used by pressing the Pause button and then Playback and you can skip any shown advertisement while replaying a live broadcasting channel. The Time Shift function also allows you to do your personal video recording of live broadcasting channel.

The recorded video can be saved in either MPG or TRP format.
