Hi,

I have an iPhone and got an error message when I was trying to restore and update my iPhone’s iOS. Tell me the best solution to step by step resolve this issue. I would appreciate any help.

Hi Isaac A Evans,

Did you do a backup first before? It seems like that the backup is already truncated and cannot be found on the system, be sure that you have a backup first before you can get a successful restoration of the software, the restoration includes your contact details and media files, Please also be aware that your cable is connected properly on the iPhone and on the computer.
