Error creating database while installing Rational Quality Manager Custom Reporting with DB2

I’m installing the Rational Quality Manager Custom Reporting, when I installed and configured Rational Quality Manager and DB2 and while installing the Rational Quality Manager Custom Reporting, the Installation Manager stops with the following error:

Error during install phase:

OK << Details

An error occurred whiIe installing the Data Warehouse.
CRREW4513E: Error creating database

Any idea?

Error creating database while installing Rational Quality Manager Custom Reporting with DB2

Hallo Mary,

You may be getting having the data warehouse installation for several some which are as follows:

• There could be inadequate user permissions,  or memory be used could be insufficient memory. You need to check if there was anything more to the error message presented by the installer
• You will need to check for the errors in the data warehouse installation logs as described in. Check out the following link for more details on how to go about this procedure. Link.

The installation packages that you are using could also be corrupt, and therefore you will need to make sure that you downloaded from a genuine site or purchased a genuine one.
