Error code c101a006with store error

Hi there,

This Store error doesn’t let me to access App Store and download some apps. I had this “surprise” this morning and I was hoping that it will pass, but it didn’t. I tried to restart my phone and is still not working. Does anyone have any idea about this Error code that I have ? How can this be fixed ?

Hi Indira,

Changing the Windows Live ID on one Microsoft service will affect all Microsoft services since they are all tied together. If you changed the Windows Live ID of your Xbox account you would need to reset the phone to use the new Windows Live ID. This also has the unfortunate consequence of needing to start fresh with all of your App purchases and downloads as the licenses for those are tied to the old Live ID.
