Error code 495 while installing a software

I do need your assistance ASAP. 

I was installing a software but then I encountered an error referring to not being able to process license keys. 

We only have 1 license key, and it worked with the others. 

How come I couldn’t install this software in my PC? 

Please help and thanks!

The system was unable to process the license keys.  Please try to upload the license file again.  If that fails, request a new copy of the license file and repeat the upload.  If this does not solve the problem, record the error code and refer to the Product Support Page for support options. (Error Code: 495)

Hi Mr. Abigail RJ,

Base from the picture above I think the Number 1 Problem is the Product Key or the License Key of your software neither the License is Expired. Can You tell us what software it is so that we can give a good solution but the best solution for that is request a new product key then try to reinstall it again. I've do a research about error 495 and I found that every Error "495" have different Meanlike Like In YouTube in android Market.
 
 
This Problem appear When he Install the latest Android Market and they Solve it when they reinstall to a lower version of Android Market.
