Hi guys,

I was working on a video using Adobe After Effects on my Mac.  I have been using nested compositions since I reuse compositions.  However, I suddenly encountered this error (see screenshot below) while using one of my comp.  I have checked preferences and switches but I still get the error.  Can anyone help me fix the problem?

After Effects error: exception occurred while processing effect “Pixelate”.

Hi dude,

I want to suggest you probably the most easy solution for your problem. There is a boring process to solve the error. Just  reinstall your program (Adobe after effects) and follow the instruction-

1. Nevigate to the preComps folder.

2. And then from the compositions pull down the window.

3. In after effects, there you find a command key or a Ctrl key shortcut right next to the name with the command you want to invoke.

4. Now press enter or OK button.

Click the link below to read the After Effects CS3 Composition guide:

https://www.adobe.com/support/documentation/archived_content/en/aftereffects/cs3/aftereffects_cs3_help.pdf

By following this, you can able to get the right process for reuse composition in Adobe After Effects.
