Starting DVD Flick results to an error below. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program but the same issue occurred. An error 429 appears and I don't know how to fix this. There is no useful information available online. Please, can someone here help me? Thanks in advance.

Make sure you are running the supported operating system because most of the users having the same problem were using an unsupported operating system where sometimes they are using a much modern operating system than what is supported. And also check if you are using the latest version, 1.3.0.7. If this is different and or you have a rather older version, you need to upgrade to the latest version.

Download and install DVD Flick 1.3.0.7. This version supports Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. In case you are still having a problem although you are already using the latest version then you are probably running it on Microsoft Windows 8. Windows 8 is not supported.

If you have Windows 8, you can either try downgrading your operating system to Microsoft Windows 7 or run the program in compatibility mode for Windows Vista or Windows 7 whichever you like. But still, it doesn’t guarantee that it’ll work until you use the supported operating system.
