I have windows 7 and with IncrediMail get the below errors

Error 2738. Could not run VBScript run time for custom action

To resolve that problem you will need to register the VBScript engine using the following steps:

1. First, you will need to run Command Prompt as administrator as follows:
   1. Go to the Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories
   2. You will then right click on Command Prompt and from there you will choose Run as administrator
2. Once you have done that, you will need to run the following command:
   • In case you have a 32-bit version of Windows:
     • You will need to type cd %windir%system32 into the Command Prompt and then hit Enter
   • But in case you have a 64-bit version of Windows:
     • You will just type cd %windir%syswow64 into the Command Prompt and then hit Enter
3. Thereafter you will need to type regsvr32 vbscript.dll into the Command Prompt and then hit Enter on your keyboard.
