Error 1935 when installing software

Hello,

 

I received the following error message when I tried to install The Official DSA Theory Test for Drivers of Large Vehicles. The error message pops up after the 100% installation. What could be the cause for this error? How can I resolve the issue? I reboot the computer but error still remains. Any idea would be really helpful.

Error 1935 when installing software

Hi Aaron,
The error is because of some running background programs.
The solution to the error is as below:
1) Click 'Start', Click 'Run'
2) Type 'appwiz.cpl', Click 'OK'

Command-execution-through-Run-Window

3) Click 'Start', Click 'Run', type 'cmd'
4) The command prompt will open
5) In the command prompt, Type 'cdwindowstemp', press ENTER
6) In the command prompt, type 'del*.tmp', press ENTER

7) Click 'Recycle Bin'
8) In the File menu, Click 'Empty Recycle Bin'
9) Restart the system
