Hi friends,

I formatted my hard disk and started from the scratch like installing all the software again and setting up the drivers. The problem appeared when I about to start the Easy Photo print, the error message pops up. So then I tried by again by re-installing the latest version of easy Print module. I thought the system is asking for update, but it is not working even after latest version update. What I have to do now to correct this error message. Help please.

You need to install the latest version of EPSON EasyPrintModule which you can download from the EPSON Official Website. In the main page, select your country. On the next page, click DRIVER DOWNLOAD located on the lower right side of the screen. See image.

Select your printer and the model from the given dropdown lists to see if the driver is available in your model. See image.

In your printer’s page, click DRIVERS & SUPPORT. See image.

If in case the EasyPrintModule driver is not listed or the section doesn’t display any drivers at all, download it from EPSON EasyPrintModule Driver. But before you download the file, make sure you are not using Microsoft Windows 7 and higher because this version is limited only to Windows 2000, 32-bit and 64-bit Windows XP and Windows Vista.

If you are running Windows 7 and Windows 8, you cannot install this module because it no longer supports your operating system. The only solution that I can think of is to downgrade your operating system.
