Enabling the auto answer feature in Skype

Dear all, I have two phones out of which one is an unused android phone (HTC Wildfire) which i would like to make use of as a surveillance camera at my home. My intention is to use Skype (as it is free). Whenever i want to view the scene, i will make a call to Skype. The Skype has to auto answer the call and enable video call by default. I need this solution for free. I will keep mobile for charging all the time. will that cause any problem? I have to check.

My Question: is it possible to enable auto answer with video facility in latest Skype software from Windows? Hints on any other alternatives for Skype for Android phones will be greatly appreciated.

Enabling the auto answer feature in Skype

Unfortunately, This feature is not available on mobile version of Skype, It is available on android, On Skype 3.0 by default , If Skype is active and you are logged in it will answer automatically And pc versions of Skype, So if you have old unused computer you can use it with auto answer feature for Skype, So if you are willing to configure your computer for auto answering Skype calls, Follow along the following steps:

1- Open Skype, and sign in.

2- Select tools, Options, Then select call settings.

3- Under call settings, Select Show advanced settings.

4- Check Answer incoming calls automatically

5- If you want to enable auto video enable tick Start my video automatically when I am in a call.
