Hi Guys, I am encountering serious issue during an attempt to mount a recovery point.

Widely its says that V2i drive is not supported.

I have checked and can confirm that v2imount is set to started, and Start Mode is 'Auto'.

Hello.

There might be a problem with the recovery point.

May be the recovery point is not stored correctly.

May be the drive on which you are trying to mount is full or ran into a problem.

Check with the drive and try to mount it in different drive.

If the problem still persists then you have a problem with the recovery point.

Thank you.

Dear Araceli Ariana,

Follow these steps:

  1. Click Start, and then click Run. The Run window will appear.
  2. Type msconfig in the Open box and click OK. The System Configuration Utility will appear.
  3. Click the Services tab.
  4. From the Services tab window, check the box besides the option titled, 'Hide all Microsoft services.’

  8. Click the Apply button.
