When a protected memory area is accessed by a process or driver, then this is caused.
This error probably because of defective new devices or memory cards installed wrongly.
This is advisable to disable the added latest hardware temporarily and reinstall gradually latest drivers, where possible, for all devices in such cases.
And this is advisable to test the RAM of you computer too.

If the computer has a video card of Nvidia using the video driverNv4.sys , this problem may happen.
If you want to check it, then follow these steps:

First, Open the "Device Manager". Next, select the graphics, under graphic icon, , then click the right button and then click on Properties.
Next, click on the button "Driver Details", under the Driver tab, to display the names of all drivers.
And repeat these steps for each of them, if multiple video adapters are installed.
Update your video card driver to resolve this problem: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/

To evade this problem, follow these steps:

First, click on "Start", then click on "Control Panel", and double-click on "Display".
Next, click on "Advanced" on "Settings" tab. And then click on "Troubleshooting" tab.
Next, make slider of Hardware Acceleration to none. And there is a box near"Enable Write Combining", uncheck it.
Then Click on "OK" twice.

Though this causes loss of some video performance and features, this procedure will prevent the display driver from programming the hardware wrongly.

Hopefully, this answer is helpful, easier and clearer steps to fix the problem.
