Hi,
This error may appear if you do not have adobe reader installed in your pc. To solve this error follow these steps.
-
First verify the version of adobe reader. For this go to help> about adobe reader x.
-
Identify the version. Is it Adobe Reader X (10.0.0)?
-
If it is Adobe Reader X (10.0.0) then update this version with a latest version Reader X (10.0.1)
-
Restart your pc after installing updates.
Other option is if you already installed Adobe Reader X (10.0.1) and got that error message then go Edit > Preferences > General and deselecting Enable Protected Mode at startup.
Here disable Protected Mode at startup.
It will solve that error.
