First of all there is nothing like internet controller driver; it is Ethernet controller driver. These drivers have nothing to do with the Windows XP. You need to tell the model and manufacturer of your laptop. The best way is to open the Google and search for Ethernet controller driver for your specific model. Hopefully you will find it very easily.
