Documents open and add on Ipod

Is there any chance  to open and add a doc downloaded and moved to the iPad desktop any way to get a document thati s in my mail. When I downloaded the document only gives the option to open it in pages, this way it is not possible to make adds and insert any comments.

Documents open and add on Ipod

This is one of the common problem, usually iPad owners facing. Apple iPad does not have any built-in application to open and edit word processor. But you can find the word processor in Apple store. Microsoft word files can be open and edit  in  iWork pages. This program also have the ability to open and save documents in Pdf format also. This software is very nice for advanced user. It also helpful for new users.  In addition, i should say, iPad is not design for using Microsoft word and its not replace of your PC or laptop. Its just for quick access in your short documents.
