I have seen some word sheet has been split (two columns). I would like to know how we can split to two columns in such a way.

I will explain you the way that how a document is divided into two sections (Columns). Actually you can divide not only to two columns but also to several columns in Microsoft word.

First take a Microsoft word document which includes data or not. I will take a document which includes data. Please see the image below.

We will just assume that we want to split this document into two parts.

First select the document and click on the page Layout tab. Then click on the columns.

Now click on two. Then you can see that the paragraph has been divided into two columns as follows.
