So, it is prone to error when the optimum resources are not available. You can disable by disabling Nero Scout from task manager. Sometimes, malware or virus can also camouflage as Nmindexstoresvr.exe. If you suspect that the viruses have intruded your system, check the location of Nmindexstoresvr.exe. There may be an unsolicited file at the location. Don’t delete it but scan using antivirus tools.
