It seems that the problem here is the compatibility mode of the operating system that you are using and also the drivers installed on your computer. Try to run the program that is compatible with your operating system. When you install the program set the compatibility mode that is compatible with what operating system you are using.

  1. Right click the program, Click properties.
  2. Go to the compatibility tab, and then click the checkbox “Run this program in compatibility mode for”.
  3. Choose whatever that will compatible to your O.S.
  4. Try to run the installer again.
Setup Properties Compatibility mode

If the problem did not solve by solution above, try to uncheck the “Run this program in compatibility mode for” then click apply. Then run again the installer.

That means, the game you are trying to install requires "DirectX 9.0c" which is not installed in your computer. In order to complete the installation of the game, you need to install "DirectX 9.0c". If you don't have the "DirectX 9.0c" setup file, then download it from here:

After download, install it & then try to install the game again.
