The steps for the tutorial on mail merge in word 2010 is as follows:
• First choose the document and create the letters for it
• Now select the current documents
• And select the recipients for it and proceed to next step
• In the mail merge use the existing list and browse for it too.
• Now locate the dialog box and open the same.
• Later select the worksheet and click on OK
• Lastly in the mail merger recipient box check the recipient and click for Ok and its done.
