There are actually two possible ways for solving this problem:

First Step: In this case, amount of memory has been changed because one or more memory modules being properly not seated or defective inside the motherboard. In such a situation, shut down your system, and remove the AC adapter and battery. Press button of power for 30 sec , then open memory cover ( located on the bottom of your system) , then reseat memory.
Second Step: The BIOS has corrupted, then press F2, and then Alt+F , then you will hear a sound of beep, that means defaults are already reset , then press esc
and save changes.
In order to flash BIOS, download the required file, then enter service tag, then select the operating system you want to choose, then save it on desktop, and close all other applications, also make sure that battery and AC Adapter are connected.
Hopefully, this answer is helpful, easier and clearer steps to fix the problem.
