Method 1
a. Insert the USB and start the installation.
b. A screen will come that will ask for the driver.
c. Click on Cancel.
d. The Welcome screen appears or the error screen.
e. Take your USB out.
f. Plug into another USB port.
g. Continue with the installation.

Change your USB to USB 2.0. There are some reasons for which all the USBs are not supported. Using USB 2.0 can solve your issue.
