Hello Anonymous.

Please try these steps to try and solve your problem:

1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features.

2. Look for the Peachtree entry and choose the Repair option.

3. Restart Windows 7 after the repair process has completed.

4. Right-click the Peachtree Accounting shortcut and choose Run as. And enter the credentials for the administrator account.

5. Check for updates and install if there any updates available.

6. Restart Peachtree Accounting.

The procedure I outlined above is for general troubleshooting and fixing of Windows apps that stop working for no apparent reason.  For details regarding Peachtree itself, you will have to contact Peachtree support.

Hope this helps!
