Hi,

I have a Mac and I downloaded Ubuntu together with USB installer. How can I set up the installer on a flash drive and install on another computer . It is an old PC running Windows and I would like to make it a Server running Ubuntu.  Can anyone advise on this?

All you need to do is have an ISO for what ever operating system you want. In this case a Ubuntu. I will provide you with the steps.

1. Open this link and it will provide you with the software that will allow you to install UBUNTU in your old PC. USB ISO Installer
2. Install the software to your USB. "Make sure USB is fat32"
3. Copy all the files of the ISO file of your UBUNTU server to the usb.
4. Plug usb to your pc and boot from USB.
