Hello,

When I attempted to use the articulate features in PowerPoint I encountered the following Microsoft Visual Basic for applications error. Is this the compatibility issue or anything else? Can I resolve the error without any trouble? Provide assistance with details.

Thanks.

Hi Alicia,
The error is because an unsupported version of Microsoft Office 2010 was installed in the system.
The solution to it is:
1) Turn Off 'User Account Control'
2) In the 'Programs And Features' window, uninstall 'Microsoft Office'
3) Reboot your computer
4) Download the Microsoft Office from internet
5) Select the downloaded file and 'Run As Administrator'
6) Reinstall 'Microsoft Office'
7) Restart the computer and run the PowerPoint.
