Citrix EdgeSight Server ADO error occurred

After installing Citrix EdgeSight Server I have been getting error when I start my computer as shown in the image attached below.Could this error be from Citrix EdgeSight Server? Please advise me appropriately as I may be wrong.

Citrix EdgeSight Server ADO error occurred

The error code is cause when an attempt to expand the ‘dbo’ node with in the crystal report data source location dialog box, The database to which the OLEDB connection had been configured had an invalid character like a dot or a ‘-‘, The only cause of this problem being that like SQL server database name we cannot use dot over here as it is an invalid character in crystal reports designer software. So please remove the dot while renaming the database.
