I have recently installed Google Chrome on my PC, but unfortunately the program terminates every time I try to run it. It gives me an Application error prompt. I have not faced this kind of problem before.
chrome.exe – Application error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application.
Please help me out on this.
What kind of error message does Google chrome give you before it terminates, maybe that will have set ground for us to establish its cause and solution.
What I will advise that you do is look for another setup application for Google chrome and install it, because I suspect that the one that you just installed may be corrupt and thus causing the problems that you are receiving. You may also try to check if there Google chrome that you have installed is the right one for platform of the operating system that you are running, if not you will need to search the application with the right specifications, download it and install it. That should work.
