I have a web cam that seems not to focus clearly, I have tried to make the software adjustment for sharpness but it still doesn't work, How can I increase the video frame rates so as to make the software work with higher resolution.? Is this possible? The camera is a 2.0Mp camera

Changing the Frame rates for a Web camera

It is possible to change your webcam's frame rate to between 5 and 30 fps. The default setting is 15 fps. A lower frame rate may introduce grainy video but it will preserve bandwidth. Go to settings> Select the Audio & video camera settings under Video Quality to change the frame rate. Please note that the video quality parameters cannot be changed during a video call or when recording a video message.
