CATALYST Install Manger has stopped working

I have running operating system Windows Vista. I had problems while installing the latest versions of the Catalyst Control Center the past 6 months, I don’t know what is meant by this error :

CATALYST Install Manger has stopped working

Windows can check online for a solution to the problem

So, does anyone at ATI have Vista 64 and found this error? Where is the problem with my laptop? I checked the version of C++ Re-distributable, but I got nothing. I clicked on "Check online for a solution and close the program", but I did not find any solution for the error. When I clicked on "close the program", the program closed and nothing happens.

So any help please?
