Hello,

Intuitively I rebooted my router and after about one minute the CP900 showed up, so far so good! But when I tried printing I got this error message. I tried both 4×6 sizes available, one is 4×6 inches and the other one is 100mm x 148mm, both resulted in the same error.

So the good news is the printer is available on my network. Now it's a weird paper size issue. Help me. Thanks!

Dear Michael M Mellott,

I have gone through your problem and I think the following process will help you to solve your paper size related issues with Canon SELPHY CP900.

As of right now, I might attempt uninstalling the printer driver, evacuating all hints of it. After uprooting the printer driver, attempt reinstalling the driver and check whether the issue goes away. Since the driver feels that you have the wrong measure paper (and you don't), it seems to me that it's a driver issue.

Thanking you.

Try this:

1. Go to Print Module, select the CP900 in the Print Settings menu

2. Click "Paper Size" on the "Page Set up"menu. The following will appear:

  • 1 x 3.4in 54 x 86 mm Card
  • 5 x 4.7 in 89 x 119 mm CP_L
  • 4 x 6 in 100 x 148 mm Postcard

Choose which size you are looking for. When you start the printing process, expect a download time of a minute or two. It should print properly now.
